# Snowflake connection Issue

Getting below error while connecting to snowflake when I run the dbt debug command. Can someone please help me on this? i’m doing this first time.

19:07:38 Connection test: [ERROR]

19:07:38 1 check failed:  
19:07:38 dbt was unable to connect to the specified database.  
The database returned the following error:

> Database Error  
> 250001: Could not connect to Snowflake backend after 2 attempt(s).Aborting
