# Unable to join DBT certification exam, no refund or free reschedule provided.

I entered the exam, but was unable to connect. The issue was not internet strength related, but more likely a firewall issue as I joined from my company’s WiFi. I was unable to schedule a free retake through talview. Screenshot of final messages of support ticket are below. I am wondering if I have any recourse on the dbt side of things as Talview was unhelpful? Thanks.
