I have a trial account for the sake of learning. Moving through the quickstart docs, I am learning I need the Enterprise version, which I deselected as I signed up. Both links that I’ve found to contact someone to hopefully change this are completely dead! In my profile options, where it shows different membership levels, the ‘contact sales’ button is dead! In the ‘?’ dropdown, the ‘chat with us’ option is too! I just need to switch my account. I opted not to create a second account, since that seems to violate the user agreement. Can I get help here?
