I would like to seek for a solution that can help to check the row count of different columns within a same table (Do not want to use macro)

All columns within a table will have the same number of rows. No need to check it.

If you are looking for something more specific than what you stated, please let us know. For example you want to compare not null row counts across 2 columns.
