dbt Cloud and Azure DevOps repo

Hi, we want to do a POC/MVP for a small DWH project with dbt Cloud and connect the dbt to our Git in Azure DevOps. In the docs I see a message that “Connecting an Azure DevOps cloud account is available for organizations using the dbt Cloud Enterprise tier”. We really have modest requirements for this project and a small number of models - Do you really need the fully featured Enterprise license just to connect some models to our Git in Azure DevOps…?
Why is this?
Any ideas how to move forward with this?

Checkout the import by URL option and Azure DevOps section here:

You don’t need the Enterprise plan for basic functionality.
