I’m having an issue when trying to register to the dbt Analytics Engineering Certification Exam on : Candidate X
I tried to connect directly with my Google account AND with the OTP option.
Both times I have an issue.
I hit the same thing, when both Google login and OTP fail with that Authenticate User Worker error, it’s usually not your setup, it’s on the Candidate X/dbt auth side. Quick things worth trying: incognito window, different browser, and disable VPN/corp network (that actually fixed it for me once). If it still errors, I’d just open a ticket with dbt certification support and send them the screenshot + timestamp, they were able to sort it out pretty fast.
