Unable to login to DBT cloud

When I try to login, it takes me to 2FA verification, which I select SMS

It then doesnt send an SMS to my phone, hence I cant authenticate

Please help

I believe only USA phone numbers are supported.

It was working before for me, I am in Australia

Yeah it was changed I believe because of issues with non USA numbers. You’ll need to reach out to support to do a reset for you.
