run command dbt init which is giving error

I am getting this error. Can someone help me fix this error?

What version of python are you using? What command did you run to install your dbt adapter? It looks like you’re using Windows, so did you follow the “Does my operating system have prerequisites” steps: https://docs.getdbt.com/docs/core/pip-install ?
